Aside from any deductions from a quality control failure, you will also see a reduction in points due to previously earned credited points expiring and falling off.
Quality scores reflect your survey accuracy based on the last 3 months of activity. This means your score will only include surveys and adjustments made in the past 3 months, this is so that survey quality can be tracked more accurately.
With your score being updated in real-time previously earned credited points will expire and fall off once the entry has reached its 3-month time frame.
For example:
02/01/2021: Survey completion credited point = +1 Quality Score
05/01/2021: Expired credited point score adjustment = 1 Quality Score point removed
The previously earned credited points that have expired will not show in your quality score history as a minus since they were not quality control fails to start with.
You can keep track of your quality score changes by clicking on your quality score. When viewing your quality score history on the right side of each entry you will see how many days are left for that entry to expire, such as 89d, 88d, etc.
