All survey completions are reviewed by the client upon closing of the study. At this stage, if they identify any issues on the results they can reject the survey. This can be for a range of reasons such as but not limited to,
- Entering false information
- Entering conflicting information
- Entering gibberish
- Speeding
- Failing quality checks
We understand your frustration if none of the above applies to your overall survey activity.
It is ultimately the client who decides which leads they will accept and which they will not, they can reject a lead for any reason. If we don't get paid for your lead then we have to reverse the payment of the survey and deduct 20 points from your quality score.
